E-Class (W212/C207/A207) Official: E-Class Convertible (A207)


The Mercedes-Benz W212 is the fourth generation of the E-Class range. It is the successor to the W211 E-Class. Body styles: four-door sedan/saloon (W212) and five-door estate/wagon (S212). Coupé and convertible models of the W212 E-Class generation are W204 C-Class based and known as the C207 and A207, replacing the CLK-Class (C209 and A209) coupé and cabriolet. Production: March 2009 – January 2016 (sedan), December 2009 – May 2016 (station wagon).

Lovely Vehicle, but i think i would take the 335i Convertible anyday....maybe even the S5, Since there will be no new Amg E Coupe/Conv.

It should have been a hardtop.....:eusa_doh:

Thanks for all the comments and pics on the C207... it is on my "high interest" list. I would like to have seen a hard-top rather than a soft-top but I can see to some extent the reasons they did what they did. Mentioned already is the SL/SLK impact and the other is cost...

Regardless I will keep my eye on pricing and order opportunities...:D That deep grey and burgundy interior would be sweet but the US will never see that combo I am afraid.

Just preliminary interest wimmer... I am on record of not liking the soft top but as time goes by...... As the saying goes, "One never knows, do one..."

The C350 is spoken for already by my German female friend who was pictured driving my GL and SL... maybe you could contact her for a ride....:D

I stopped by the MB dealer this morning and checked out the coupe to get an idea of the car in real terms. It had the LED instead of the dual fogs and looked really nice. I definitely feel this car and will hopefully be one of the first to drive it... just waiting for my Denver contact to give me prices and options as soon as they are available.
