Wow. I take back everything I ever said about this car. It looks imposing, muscular, and elegant all at the same time. That X5 M50i (or whatever the heck its called) looks sublime.

I think like all big SUVs you need to spec it's exterior right for it to look good and this new X5 is no exception, though even then I reckon it takes the M/Sport package to elevate it to greatness......... but it's still not RRSport pretty.

I've just seen the F15 in the flesh at JIMS 2013. Sooo much better in real life than in pics.

Well considering that Jozi is at a higher altitude I would say it's up. I only wish I could fly up, but i gotsa ta work. Eish. At least i can look forward to your and martin's photos.

I don't think you understand my point. Klier was making a sarcastic comment about LaArtist's feeling that the Frankfurt motor show was a failure due to the absence of the M4 Concept, and therefore the JIMS must also have been a disaster because the M4 was absent.

Although it would have been nice for you South Africans to have the M4 Concept at JIMS, it is of course understandable that it wasn't there. The same cannot be said of the M4 being absent from the Frankfurt motor show.

it was never the case with X5s. I doubt this generation is any different.

^I just assumed being adaptive suspension this time it's was air but I'm guessing it's not.
