To the run up, I was thinking the same thing, especially considering the single front intake of the 992 lacked character compared to the 991.1/2's front. Also I was hesitant regarding the swan-neck pylons(?) on the wing. However, after it fully debuted, I am loving this thing. The double wishbone front suspension also adds to the desire. The two things that would make me hesitant is the increased in overall size and the interior. The current 992 interior from my very brief time sitting in it lacks the robustness of the 991's. Also I think I'd prefer more physical buttons than additional features functioning via touchscreen.

Nonetheless, I still love this thing. One of the few new cars that I care about nowadays....despite no where near able to afford it.

I think more sombre colors suit 992 better. Bright flashy colors, not so much. Example, I love signal yellow, but on 992 it seems over the top.

I feel exactly the same way. Love the looks of this 992 GT3 no doubt but 991.2 GT3 is a prettier car.

Doesn't Shark Blue remind one of the old VW Jazz Blue colour? My first Mk IV GTI was Jazz Blue.

These stripes are cool and can easily be made using vinyl and be removed if desired.

Looks great - those subtle decals really work with 992 GT3's styling.

Yes, agreed but I wouldn't be sad with a 992 GT3 in my wildest dreams!

Wish the car didn't have the silly light bar. Preuninger in a comment implied he wanted to get rid of it but, corporate forbid it. I guess, cause it is the new "corporate look"

Generally, don't like brash shades like this red, but I was surprisingly hooked by that Signal Yellow, which is more orange-ish. Perhaps something about orange 911's that reminds of vintage 911's from the 1960's and '70's. That's why I am a big fan of Irish Green.

Of the non-blues and non-greens, an Arena Red GT3 intrigues me.
