BMW should ditch cerium grey accents on the front bumper. They look aweful and distract from the design of their cars.

Still feeling ambivalent...

However, the image at 10:10 in the video is very sharp. That alone has me leaning towards "yes-I like it.".

After watching the video presentation, I could use all those nice words that they pronounce, "dynamic", "joy" and other PR BS, but I think the word that I would use is "success", seeing it from all angles does not disappoint, more It overwhelms how well it has been, it has all the elegance of the previous one, but it is much more intense, I wish it even more than the previous one, they managed to make it totally current, go from an unbeatable model to a better one, just enough to see it skidding on the track, those lines of the profile well marked, it is a dream.

The compact BMW coupe is BMW by definition, and this is, I do not understand how they find so many problems to such a novel profile, it hurts to say goodbye to the previous one ... of course, but welcome the new one in style, and even I do not speak of the front, that only to see it, catches me and does not allow me to see anywhere else, I am totally conquered, it is a success

It certainly looked better in the leaked pics that @hovabongZA posted yesterday. I’m disappointed in the rear light, the Lexus type graphics and also the side profile seems very odd that it is so smooth and not having much sculpturing or character lines like other BMW models. It’s almost like BMW have looked into Mercedes design studio and decided ok let’s copy them with some of their basic shape sensual purity. I like the front, the lights look great and also the lower bumper. The cheese grater grill doesn’t look too bad either, it doesn’t look out of place on this car.

is it as nice as the previous 4 series? Oh focken definitely not!!

I’m disappointed in the rear light, the Lexus type graphics and also the side profile seems very odd that it is so smooth and not having much sculpturing or character lines like other BMW models.

What bothers me about the rear is the high positioning of thr very slim taillights. It makes the rear look tall and bulky.

Other then that I need to see it in black, msport with black grille no silver accents.

Hope next gen Mercedes vehicles like S class, C class and so on, will make better build....even this 4 series scream very good interior quality, even my E class W213 is not on this level, only on surface it is better

The base trim front lower intakes look terrible, they too small and weird shaped. Also with the M performance parts the air intakes look odd. I think the M sport package is a must with this car. This car looks very colour sensitive, white definitely is not the best colour to spec this car. It looks good in the blue and maybe will look good in black or Austin yellow.
