Yeah, pretty much, having said that, that's what I thought when I saw the same bumper on the G20 (and even F44), in pictures, but in the flesh it actually works a lot better... and also when it's not in domestic appliance white.

Thank you! This comparison perfectly reveals the "problem"!
I expected the G22 to be a smaller more nimble 8 series. With at least the same sleek profile (if not even sleeker/more coupeish) ... only smaller!
But this comparison shows, that the G22 is much more boxy, clumsy and MUCH less sleek/coupeish/elegant than the 8

Since we have c class coupe, this one should be compared to the 2 door 4 series...but even so....the c class coupe is 6-7 years old design with some minor differences,so lets wait until next year to see the new c coupe

not anymore....the c coupe is on current c plat, and the current e coupe is now on the e class platform
