Cadillac ATS [Official] 2016 Cadillac ATS-V Coupe leaks out early

The Cadillac ATS is a compact executive car (D-segment) manufactured by General Motors and marketed by Cadillac from 2012 to 2019, available in both four-door sedan and two-door coupé body styles. In the US, it is the brand's first locally-built entry-level premium car since the Cimarron, and in Europe, it is the successor of the Swedish-built Cadillac BLS. The ATS was developed at the General Motors Technical Center in Warren, Michigan and assembled the ATS at the Lansing Grand River Assembly plant in Lansing, Michigan. The ATS was replaced by the Cadillac CT4 in 2019 for the 2020 model year.

Debuts in Los Angeles
The 2016 Cadillac ATS-V Coupe has leaked to the web, following yesterday's teaser video.

Looking decidedly more aggressive than the standard model, the coupe has a new front fascia with a carbon fiber splitter, a mesh grille and a larger lower intake. The car also has a ventilated hood, revised side skirts and lightweight alloy wheels that are backed up by a high-performance braking system. Moving further back, there's a prominent rear spoiler and a four-tailpipe sports exhaust system.

The interior largely carries over but there's carbon fiber trim, special sill plates and revised steering wheel with paddle shifters and V-Series badging.

Power will reportedly be provided by a twin-turbo 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 450 bhp (335 kW). It can be paired to a six-speed manual or an optional eight-speed automatic transmission.

The Cadillac ATS-V Coupe will be unveiled on at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 18th, so stay tuned for full details.

Looks actually pretty good to me. Looking forward how it does against the M4.

The front is hard to look at....disproportional.

Kudos to Cadillac for realizing the market for a smaller vehicle by creating the ATS family.

Should be a worthy competitor to the M4. Good weight, good power (should be just a tiny bit slower than the M4 in acceleration), manual, price, brakes, etc. The RCF is now completely outclassed and it's not even out.

Not bad but nothing special either, it doesn't have enough change (same steering wheel and interior trim etc.) to make it a special product like the BMW M3/M4 and AMG C63. Got good power but I reckon it will be slower than M3/M4 and AMG C63.

Going to be very intresting to read European reviews compare to US reviews when this is being compare against M3/C63.

I never liked the proportions of the ATS coupe and I don't like the looks of the V either.
I'd love to see the sedan tho. It should look way better.
This car will be a blast to drive no doubt.

It`s ok...
the front is a little bit overdone but still quite likeable. (most of our new hi-performance cars are like this anyway)

The performance should be very interesting.

^Ooh, that's hot.
All these performance cars coming from Our country.
Like it or not, the Germans have some serious competition coming up. On paper, looks like this is the one to beat.
