R-tronic is.... The old R8 4.2 by R-tronic hits also 0-100 km/h in 4.3 s and 0-200 km/h in 14.9 s by some test, but still it has less power than the new R8. But, lets wait for the summer, more better results comes for the R8 V8 R-tronic.

Last 4.2 FSI R-tronic had the same 430 hp as the new one. The best I've seen for the old one is 4,3 and 15,3 s tested by AutoBild Sportscars.
That minor difference (compared to the new one) is only about the better Launch Control and the faster gearshifts.

Hmm, maybe I member wrong about the R8 V8 (420 PS). Somewhere I've have seen that test. But it's not so important.

Wohoo! It's gonna be super interesting. What time do you guys think it will do on the Ring? Since the GT did it in 7.34, and the R8 Plus is faster, my guess is 7:27-7:29

If they will test it on the stock P Zeros, my guess will be 7.37-7.38. On Corsa semi-slicks 7.33-7.35 is possible IMO.
The R8 GT is way too hardcore to get beaten with only a faster gearbox.
