Well, KiwiKnob, I'm not asking you.

This is a CAR forum. We're discussing cars. I'm getting a 330e Touring because I want to try one. Simple as that. I don't need ANY justification. I also don't need four cars, but I own them because I choose to.

I like to keep my exercise separate from my commute, because it's just not practical at all hours of the day and night, and in all weathers, to cycle or run to/from work, and carry the items I need. You need to carry alternative clothes, take towels, have a shower. Sometimes I will go for a run past work, so I get my exercise and I'm certainly not "lazy".

As for sharing with you a link to a steep hill in the Netherlands. It's simply to educate you on the geography of the Netherlands. It's in direct response to you asserting, and I quote, "the Netherlands is dead flat". It has nothing to do with my journey to work.




Of course he is. He's not particularly liked on this forum. And I don't mean not liked in the same way I'm not liked. I polarise people. KiwiKnob either has people who don't like him or are indifferent to him. That's worse.

This is the same person who called me a "badge snob" for buying an Audi A1 in 2011, and then went on to buy an A1 himself six months later.

No, "touching a nerve" is when you say something quite innocuous and someone reacts in a disproportionate way. What you said was an insult and intended to provoke.

And don't mistake me responding to an insult as being "upset" by it. I'm not in the slightest. My reaction is a response to the sheer audacity you've shown in thinking you can stick your head above the parapet and try to insult and troll me and get away with it.

And "snowflake" is one word, and a really lame way to respond.

If you need a car to travel 6 km to work then lazy fits you perfectly.
