I'm making the comment that people will make up their mind in advance about the G22 and then find evidence to support their view, some of which who won't have even seen the car yet. It was not in reference to whether YOU'VE seen it (I've no idea). Why you would take my post as an insult or trying to provoke baffles me. Maybe it's the Translate app you're using, because quite frankly, some of your posts don't make a lot of sense in English, so maybe it doesn't make a lot of sense when it translates it from English into YOUR native tongue, which I believe is Polish? Maybe I'm wrong with that. Anyway, the phrase, "yours is a pretentious direct personal allusion" makes absolutely no sense at all in English. It's a load of gibberish. Just a "for your information". Don't get me wrong, I admire ANYBODY who is engaging in a forum in something that is not their native tongue, but I'm just letting you know it may be causing some lack of understanding.





Now, moving on, I came into this thread to post these photos and report on my second sighting of the G22 (literally one hour ago when I went to my dealer to see my new G21 for the first time). This time it was in Mineral White and it looked a LOT better than the two previous examples (one Arctic Race Blue, the other Dravit Grey). It looked pretty good in this spec actually, although I've never had an issue with the grill like some people. It was always just the rear three quarters.

Instead of responding to those and my positive comments, and saying "OK, fair enough", you've decided to ignore my explanation and go on the attack again. I have never put anyone on any ignore list or other and I am not going to start now, maybe you should be more sincere and take charge of what you write and how you write it, I say it without animosity and respectfully

They are phrases that are out of place with double meaning, you understand me well, sometimes you have to be humble to realize that you are not alone in the forum, again I do not seek to fight with anyone, it is a pity that you cannot have a pleasant talk about Cars without trying to show yourself as the king of the hill, I tell you in the best of ways, a little self-criticism never hurts.

No, you mistakenly thought I was attacking you, when I was doing nothing of the sort. But instead of just accepting you made a mistake, you're digging your heels in and just making a fool of yourself.

For the love of God, just put me on your ignore list. You're an utter fruitcake and I'm trying to discuss the G22 and it's ever-increasing appeal in the looks department.

This is not the first time that a talk between both of you goes off track, nor the first time to remove an off topic conversation of yours.

If both of you can't reach a settlement, use the ignore button. If you don't wish to use that option, then either use this fight club section to settle your differences, or simply do not reply to each other, and move on. Both of you are among the best contributors of GCF who raise interesting and valid points for discussion, but this ongoing, personal back and forth debate is not doing the forum any good, and is against the forum rules and guidelines.

I've said it before. If these lengthy, personal fights in the discussion threads will not stop, a thread ban will be issued for the participating members of that fight. I hope that we don't reach the point where we're forced to use that option, unless there's no other solution.

I don't have an issue with dalab. However, he seems to not let past differences go. This is an example of that. He completely mistook my post quoting him as an attack, when in fact it was a friendly post. I explained my post in clearer way, also giving him the benefit of the doubt as to why he may have misunderstood it, but he chose to not believe that. After that point I suggested he just put me on his "ignore" list for the good of the forum. He said he wouldn't do it.

I realise as a mod it must be tiresome dealing with squabbles like this, but I fail to see how I could have avoided getting into a bizare argument with dalab. I know I have a reputation, but sometimes it's used against me unfairly. I am here to discuss cars and contribute in the best way possible. I entered the G22 thread to post some photos I took and explain in a different spec it actually looks pretty good.

Anyway, I take your point on board and I will continue to do what I was doing anyway, and that's contributing.

@dalab. I ask you again. If you can't let past disagreements go, just put me on your ignore list. It's really not difficult.

Well, I had not seen it that way, but being like that, I was the one who made a mistake in misinterpreting it, (I did not see it so clearly at the time), it seemed somewhat confusing or I misconceived it, so I accept that it was my mistake. Thank you for the clarification, and I regret the discussion generated from that.
