Maybach Exelero Nice Maybach Exelero photos

The Maybach Exelero is a one-off high-performance sports car made by Stola (now part of Blutec) in collaboration with DaimlerChrysler. It was unveiled at the Tempodrom in Berlin in 2005. In collaboration with Maybach, the initial design of the Exelero was to be influenced by the Maybach SW38 and built on the platform of the Maybach 57.

Sorry my brother, but i dont see the connection at all. Absolutley, none. Exelero is not even close to the Lancia....

Where do you see any similarities?

I couldn`t agree more, I will admit that some design elements don`t exactly blend that well with the Maybach Excelero but the profile is fantastic! :usa7uh:

i love that pic , it looks gangsta and mean ...

yannis can u explane more ???? cuz i see no similarities :t-hands:

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

i agree, i think the Maybach itself should take some style cues from the Exelero.

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

I saw this car at our motorshow last night.

BOY OH BOY is this car big...and that's saying something considering it was sitting alongside the MM62.

That big bugs-bunny front grill is a little out of place, but I appreciate that it could well be a new styling direction and distinctive look for future Maybach's.
The rear is a little different to most cars, but it is still looks great when you consider it in relation to the whole stance of the car.

I love the CL, and the Excellero has a similar roofline, so I ended up with a positive impression of the car...!!

The shield grille and the shape of the rear lights look alike. On the other hand it might be that the drugs that Artist is sending me are bad and causing me halucinations. j/k

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

The Exelero really does it for me. I seen some pics back in the day that were outrageous... Trully a real exotic.

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

Maybach interior pic.... I really love it!!!

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

The interior looks so huge and majestic. Maybe you should visit you local MB dealer and ask him if there is any possiblity of you trading in your CL55 for the more comfortable Exelero. :D

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

Nah, looks like it would be a hassle to own, and the gas might get pricey, i'll pass Luw, thanks! :usa7uh:

Good for you Alex, keep your CL - it's a much more dignified car than this grotesque display of excess and bad taste.

Hehehe. Thanks, i was doing some thinking, and really unless i double my payments there is nothing that i really want, and the things i do want wont combine the luxury and sport that i have with my CL55. Im going to do the stage 2 Kleemann kit this winter and get my 600hp, and if things are good at work, i will also do the LSD. I got it into the 160's today with ease. It was really a good feeling to know that it runs so well at high speeds, no vibration, just sturdy, and tight. I trully love this car and feel overall this is the car for me, and i made the right choice by getting it. So yes i will keep it for a little while longer! Im just enjoying too much.

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

The pics above didnt come up, but here is one Maybach pic I am particularly proud of...I took it at the British International Show a few months back.

And I thought the S65 had the biggest break calipers around. The ones on the Exelero covers half the freaking disc.

Re: nice Maybach Exelero photos.

It takes a lot to stop this monster...

Awesome car!

:t-cheers:
