R8 Next Audi R8 Facelift Exposed in Unofficially Official Photo?

So not an entirely new design after 6 years but instead just the addition of the fancy head lights seen on the concept for 2006. I expected more but anyhow the lights will make a difference enough for people to drop their jaws.

And that is exactly what I was hoping for. They should not touch the design at all. I'm glad they will do so little with it. The car has an eternal design!

Yes, the design was futuristic to begin with, it is still fresh after all these years.

I guess ou are right. The LEDs will make it the iRobot car of Will Smith's dreams. Can't wait to laugh at all the ricers in non-Audi cars to rush online or after market LEDs to replicate the look.

Where I'm from there three TT R8 look-a-likes so they are sure to in the market for those products. LOL

As for the car itself, nice to see a subtle change cause the product continues to look right and fresh even after all these years.

Yeah, but I bet it wont be easy no more with doing that. The current fullLED lights are extremely expencive. And the first ones with just the LED stripe below, was easy to get to your car.

Oh yeah. The E-Tron Spyder head light units are happening. It's a shame EU regulations don't permit the car to sport sleeker and more minimal wing mirrors.

I wonder what other upgrades the R8 is going to get, if it gets the updated MMI, keyless access, if manual handbrake will disapear and such. Also interesting why the R8 V8 has R8 GT exhaust tips. I like the oval ones of the R8 V10 more. And it would be nice if it got the new RS4 rims.
