Does the R8 needs a facelift or even more, a new model? To my eyes it still look more modern than any other car in the segment...... A design way, way ahed of its time.
R8 facelift or next generation? If next generation then both Audi and Lamborghini will retain NA V8 and V10 and I respect this very much. A shame BMW is so stubborn.
Here's a little teast from Audi:

Co-sign. I would be afraid to touch anything on a car that is 100% perfection.Does the R8 needs a facelift or even more, a new model? To my eyes it still look more modern than any other car in the segment...... A design way, way ahed of its time.
The only department where the R8 is lacking, is the sequential transmission. I hope it gets a proper dual clutch.
I wonder if the step out section on the side blades will be a thing of past?
^ What I mean is with the current R8 the necessity required more air into the v10 so extended side blades, I wonder with the facelift if they have found another way of getting more air without extending to side panel. Personally it's the least pleasant part of the R8's design.
