It'd be quite something if the Stinger finishes ahead of the M5. It's MT, so you never know.

They have some of the most inconsistent and subjective (read: stupidest) criteria for determining that so would not be surprised if they place the Stinger ahead.

Until Johnny Lieberman leaves MT will have no credibility from me. The ZR1 will finish quite high 2nd is my guess ahead of the GT2 and Lambo.

I wish he could just disappear. Loved the Adam Sandler doppleganger, but this guy is flat out annoying with no credibility.

I doubt any car from that list (apart from maybe 2 RS) that will be beat the Performante on Trofeo Rs around Laguna. I know of someone that went below 1:27 with his there, telemetry certified. It's the perfect track for it.

Can't wait for the drag race though.

The main problem with the 2Rs, is that we don't know if it'll be on Cup2 "R" tires.

I belive I have two of the lap times;
Motortrend have tested the new Mustang GT with performance pack 2 w/cup 2 tyres and this has lapped Laguna in 1:38,42
And they have also tested the new MX-5 2,0 with 184 ps , they tell this lapped Laguna two seconds faster than the previous version, wich lapped in 1:50,68. So that makes it in about 1:48,something.
I think these two times are the ones we will find in Best Drivers Car article.

Really interesting. Z06 was such a hit, ZR1 not so much... Gebhardt in sport auto said it well, it's too much power for it's chassis...

ZR1 ZTK just 0,6 sec faster than Z06 Z07...and just 1,24 sec faster than the previous ZR1...
