GLB mercedes GLB 2023, hissing sound when accelerate

Hello,
i have GLB 200, 2023 only drive it 2200km and now i noticed when i push pedal over 2000rpm then let go it makes hissing sound, is it some leak ? or just normal turbo sound bcs its small engine ? should i put it in service ?

Sounds like the turbo to be honest? You didn't hear it before or only now notice it?

Just go and let it check, you're under full warranty I guess.

i think its turbo but should it make this noise ? noticed it like week ago,
its 1.3l engine with 120kw so maybe bcs of that ?

Yeah I suppose the engine has to work a little to move an SUV like that.... But honestly I have no idea as I have zero experience with this engine.
But the way you describe it still sounds like a normal turbo sound to me.

I believe there's a diverter valve (dump valve) fitted to the turbo housing that releases turbo pressure when you lift off the throttle. That's likely to be the source of the hiss - it's supposed to do it - but whether or not it's supposed to be that noticeable I have no idea. Pretty much every BMW I've had has developed a vacuum leak at some stage, but it's never been audible without jamming you head under the bonnet, and I'd also suggest that if there's a boost pressure problem it would throw an engine warning light fair quickly - or at least log an error code... so the obvious solution is just to take it to Mercedes garage and have them plug it in to their computer.
