I would welcome, if BMW allows Toyota to use the S58 ... maybe they aren't so restrictive anymore?

Isn't Land Rover getting (or already using) the S63? Ok slightly different situation since there is no non M V8 anymore, but it looks like they're willing to share.

they use the N63, I don't know why they need it, the Ingenium I6 engined P550e is almost as powerful and uses a hell of a lot less fuel.
 
Great update of all these tough Toyota 4 x 4's from the Land Cruiser, the Lexus to this one (which looked amazing), the hard straight lines are here to stay for a long time, just as it should be after an era of beautiful roundness.
