Help with PS´ing a LOGO

Hi guys..
I have this logo for a company i need to recolor..
Its so easy that it could probably be done in paint..if your not totally challenged in those areas like me.
I think its a 5 min job.

So if anyone could Help me with this please let me know and ile PM you the logo..

I can try and change the colour of your logo, but I'm no photoshop expert, so I don't guarantee my results. Please PM me the logo and I'll give it a try when I come back from work tonight!

Its not a adobe illustrater file (vector file) with the format , Ai or eps?
