I think you might get more response if you make the subject heading a bit more informative. Something like "Ex Top Gear Presenters Announce New Show", or "Jeremy Clarkson Launches a New Show".
"Drive2Prime" means nothing.

My point is, they already have a global audience. And just like the BBC, not everyone has an Amazon/Netflix subscription. But everyone around the world has a free access to YouTube.
I'm sure they make enough money for production/trips, etc. And they don't have to follow a script.
