What do all think the Trump name is worth for a property?

He's been putting his name and likeness on a lot of new stuff lately. In the 1980s, Asian, especially, Japanese buyers were willing to pay a Trump Premium for his properties. Is that still true today?

I don't think he name is worth that much. I can only seel golf course membership, expensive appartments and estates.
