You're too optimisticSimply put, there is no way this car will have bulb lights.

Not really. To some it is a symptom of the BMW they know and love losing its way. Following, no longer leading.Kind of getting carried away over a non issue.
It looks better than this rendering. Actually the best looking BMW SUV to date. A few more days...
If it's really the best looking SUV from BMW....without a doubt above all these.
An no need to even mention F pace and Evoque, these are no players in this game....you're forgetting the Velar BTW. But not that it matters (it's more of an X5 competitor anyways probably)
BTW, @bmwblog did you also see the new X5 or X7? And if so, how do they compare to the new X3?

The X3 like the 1er,3er and 5er is available in entry format as they available to fleet and government services. But popular with entry customers and retirees.
Therefore least complex maintenance choices are preferred as it is easier to remove and replace bulbs. However privately, these vehicles are always equipped with the LED option when specified.
Mercedes also offer halogen as standard because they have a customer base that do not rely on options of complexity.
Probably expect leaks this weekend. The packs have been sent. One last picture.

I thought that led lights had a life span that is 10 to 20 times longer than normal bulbs, especially when they are put on and off again frequently. So i guess that service centers benefit from the fact that customers have to come in sooner to replace the bulbs.
I forgot you own the current X3?The tyre profile on this mule is utterly ridiculous.

Are you considering the G01? The new M Sport packet is off the wall really gives hints to full bruiser X3M as does all M Sport Packets.
I agree. LEDs last much much longer and they are way cheaper in price these days. Besides halogens look cheap in this day and age. If its a luxury car then it should look like one, even at night. I recently bought a GMC Sierra (not Denali) pickup truck for work and it came with all LEDs throughout(inside and out) the car including headlamps.I thought that led lights had a life span that is 10 to 20 times longer than normal bulbs, especially when they are put on and off again frequently.
