BMW will launch next year in spring a mildly restyled BMW 5-Series. The photos are showing two shots of the interior including the new automatic shift lever, and a sedan and station wagon featuring new air intakes in the front skirt and a smoother rear skirt.

Sorce: WCF

Maybe they're somewhere, but hidden...:t-hands: If not, what else could it be?

I'm sure you're wrong! This simply cannot be some auto tranny, no way! I mean i hope it's not... Guess we'll have to wait for Eni...

Like I said: pay attention to the shifter's layout which is identical to Steptronic (P, R, N, D, M / S, + -)! Will ZSG / DCT have the same layout? :D

We also know that Steptronic can be offered with or without shifting paddles or buttons on steering wheel. Will ZSG / DCT have the same layout? :D

And also pay attention to the buttons on the shifter's panel: Sport, Auto H, Stau. What are Auto H & Stau buttons for - have they anything to do with a gearbox or with EfficientDynamics perhaps? :D

Answers to follow soon! But not from me since I & my big mouth are monitored (again).

So what are the updates ? It seems most of them will be under the skin.

PS: Test engineers are so unorganised, I never yet see one test vehicle picture with a tidy interior it seems they just chuck all the equipment in there lol.

Thanks Eni.
UHm, that front bumper looks bigger now, I like that. Can't wait for the LED backlights either, the car really needs them.

So does it have something to do with the "Active transmission"?

Man I was somewhat hoping for a bigger FL rather than a minor FL.

Well, BMW hasn't usually done major facelifts, just some minor tweaks.

the latest 7er is the car the got the biggest facelift. if you check other cars from BMW then you notice its all small changes and not huge like on the latest 7er.
