I 'm not a big fan of that front design.
Maybe it's the red color that ruins it , i don't know...

I'm not sold on the E-Coupe. Looks heavy from some angles, even with these 18".
And that third window is totally ruining the car for me. Such a compromised solution... I only see that detail from the side, painful.
Why not integrating it in the design, like my SLC, or making the rear windows fixed like the W208?![]()
I saw one in Stuttgart on Sunday, it was a Wekswagen, and I didn't notice the third window. IRL the car looks much better than in pics.
Yeah. But I, as a perfectionist, will only look at it, and hence only see it.I can be very nitpicking. And those solutions don't fit with my image of what a Mercedes-Benz should be (but isn't any more since ages, I know).
I still can't get over it. That and the double-fogs. Just silly.
Especially when the windows are down - it looks wrong!! A fixed "rear" window, like the E92 or the A5 is much better and don't destroy the harmonise design…well…but mercifully there are different car maker and so everyone can purchase the car, he really likes and loves…! I must say that I can't honestly answer this. When the A5 first came out, I thought it sucked donkey balls, but over time I have come to love the design. Actually, that's an understatement. Now, every time I see this car on the road (which isn't much around here) I get all giddy inside. I want an A5 with S-line package so bad it's not even funny. There is a SICK ass black one at my school. It's lowered and is sitting on dark RS4 rims.
On the other hand, I love this new E-coupe. I didn't like the old one as much because it was too rounded, too mild. This new one is exactly what the old one wasn't, this is angular, loud and more man-ish.
The E-coupe is exactly the the opposite of the a5 : it looks really good on first sight, then it becomes normal. The a5 is a design that grows on you. Right?
