Very beautiful indeed !

This thing made me like the new A7, I was not a big fan as I preffered the old generation. What a masterpiece!

The performance is a let down though, this thing has almost 2 years over the E63s and less than that for the M5, yet they still did not manage to run closer performance figures.

Anyone know the exterior and interior colors for this spec ?

M

You're able to spec one now,if you'd like.

Pakete > RS 7 Sportback > A7 > Audi Deutschland

Edit: I forgot you can't post links anymore its up on Audi.de however.

Those 22" bicolor rims are simply off the charts. I trust that we shall be seeing them, as well as smaller diameter derivatives, as a future option for several Audi models. They'd look stellar on the eTron GT, for example.

I just love this car. The most, it blows my previous favorite Audi the RS5 Sportback out of the water........until I see the facelifted RS5 SB.

This is a case of Audi just understating performance.

The RS7’s engine set up is the most tune/mod friendly in the segment. The last RS7 tuned used to give tuned E63’s and M5’s lots of trouble.

Dont know about your region, but around here high performance german cars are rarely modified, specially with the weather condition you dont want to loose factory warrenty.

I have seen coutless Bmws with torn turbo air hoses and cooling system failures, the case is also applicable for Mercs but they are more reliable at least in KSA heat and dust. Trust me you dont want to loose RS7 warrenty around here, the dealer is a bad ass.

Noted. I live in a temperate region, so performance tuning is fairly common. As @Jimmy mentioned, tuners are now offering warranties and/or there are ECU tunes that are completely reversible to avoid voiding factory warranty.

Does the RS7 have the fenders widened in relation to the A7? (as if the RS6 has them in relation to the A6)

Yes. In fact, the body of the RS7 is almost completely different than that of the more pedestrian A7/S7. Only the front doors, hood, hatchdoor and roof panel are shared. Body width has been increased by some 40mm to 1951mm.

Were I a shopper in this particular market segment, I now suspect that I wouldn't give the X290 AMG GT, M8 Gran Coupe or Porsche Panamera Turbo/Turbo S a second glance. The exterior aesthetic of the RS7 is pretty much as good as it gets. It seems to erase several reservations that I had with regard to the base A7s' exterior styling. Quite the paradox that the RS7s' organic muscle relieves some of the A7s' angular rigidity while adding a tautness and tension at the same time. That's quite a feat. And while the Pannys' interior is (for me) the benchmark, the RS7s' is more than acceptable.

In terms of eye-appeal, VAG has delivered a double whammy with the RS7 Sportback and Porsche Taycan.

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
