X5 Any info about the X5M F15?

The BMW X5 is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV produced by BMW. The X5 made its debut in 1999 as the E53 model. It was BMW's first SUV. BMW marketed the X5 officially as a "Sports Activity Vehicle" (SAV), rather than an SUV, to indicate its on-road handling capability despite its large dimensions.

I drive a X5M 555hp 2010 LCI now it's the best car I've ever owned/driven.
So I'm really curious on the new X5M F15 and how much more they can improve it.

Any info on in it? New techs? Power?

Lighter, DCT, 575 hp.

Most info is in the official X5 thread, but it might be better to center X5 M info here in this thread.

From what I understand it will get the tune of the M5 CP. Not the 600 hp version sadly.
I doubt there is much difference in acceleration 575 vs 600 hp and when are you going to be able to use the power difference. You just want it to look good on paper ;)

well 555hp is probably more than enough for a suv anyway, so it probably doesnt need that much more of it

Should have more than 555 PS (408 kW)
According to a recent report, BMW will introduce the X5 M and X6 M at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

While nothing is official, the Los Angeles Auto Show recently confirmed BMW would stage two world debuts at the show which kicks off on November 18th. This doesn't necessarily mean the debuts are the X5 M and X6 M but it remains a possibility.

As we have previously reported, the high-performance crossovers will be equipped with an aggressive front fascia that has a revised grille and larger air intakes. The models will also have aerodynamic side skirts, a four-tailpipe exhaust system and lightweight alloy wheels that are backed up by high-performance brakes.

BMW has been coy on specifications but the X5 M and X6 M are expected to use a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that produces more than 555 PS (408 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft) of torque. This should enable them to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in less than 4.7 seconds, before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
