That's a shame you guys don't get the GS350 AWD. :eusa_doh: Regarding the next AMS, i can't wait :usa7uh:

I know about the RL, it's just over here in North America (or at least in Canada) Acura is thought of as a "near luxury brand" which would place it below those other three, but i suppose Canada means little right now ;)

Yep, I know you guys get the RL. Acura doesn't exist overhere so they gave us the Honda Legend instead. The Legend has always sold poorly here. It's not a bad car, but like I said, Honda doesn't do ziltch when it comes to marketing this car. ;)

Hey Wimmer, thanks for the article. Did it mention about the 4wd system of each cars? I would be interested to know what they thought. Cheers

They had this, but it doesn't mention the strengths or weaknesses of the systems. More like the power distribution. Audi = 40:60, BMW = 50:50, Honda = ??? and MB = 40:60.:usa7uh:

BTW what happenend to the instrument panel of the E class? Is it an option with the avantgarde model?
Ayway it doesn't look good at all.

Darker interiors have always been standard on Avantgarde models from Mercedes. Now however you can order lighter colors, thankfully.:usa7uh:

Call me crazy but I actually like the interior of that RL/Legend, not quite as much as the A6 or 5er, more than the Eclass though.

Thanx for the post!
Im a little disapointed on the A6 3rd place.
It feels like the 3.2 engine needs to be renewed.:t-hands:
But still, interior is the best out of those by far :usa7uh:

Yeah audi need to make some new engines, cause BMW have loads that are inbetween audis 3.2 and 4.2.

Having sat in the A6, E-class and 5er two weeks ago I can speak upon interior quality.

Audi is easily the class leader.
Then come mercedes, the e-class interior is one of the better mercedes ones.
The 5er interior is disapointing. The layout is ok but the wuality of materials not so OK. The compartments and gadgets all make noises, such as clunking whilst you open and close them. Mercedes and especially audi dont do such things. Their mechanical interior parts are pretty much silent.

I'm not liking the leather or stitching in that first picture but i really like the rest of the RL's interior design :usa7uh:

Audi A6 still has 50/50 , only S6 has 40/60. They 'd better read their lesson next time...:D

I 'm only talking about the instruments (speedo and rpm indicator) which have a silver cover around or something. I haven't seen that before.:t-hands:
