Sadly my camera isn't good enough for long distance shots (especially the sharpness). But in my opinion it isn't bad at all…

Thanks! No, it's not HDR.

This is what I did:
-Opened the original file in PS, cropped it a bit
-Opened another image of the sky I had
-Expanded the canvas on top for ~300 pixels
-Copied the sky on the original photo
-Carefully deleted the sky layer where I needed, left the blending mode Normal because I liked it and set the opacity at ~ 90 %.
-Used the burn tool with opacity ~50% for sky and church.
-Put the watermark, resized and saved for web.

I just find the color of the light a bit "wrong"?
and the last light is too bright (at the end of the road so I cut it out)

it definitly gives the photo a cooler touch, after comparing it the original looks kinda muddy

Jack, watch out the horizon line, it's not nice when image is tilted, it looks wierd..here's quick edit:

Funny I would print the last one...
But I would save the dynamic shot on my computer
and show that to friends

Personally I like the Dynamic shot more but that's me..
