I live in Australia, brand new Audi R8's are over $200k
The average used one from around 2013 is about $120,000.

How much should you be earning yearly to comfortably afford a car like that?

depends on many other factors, such as:
- do you have to support a family;
- does your wife have a job;
- do you have assets/real estate etc.;
- do you or does your family have "old money";
- how much money do you need for normal living (groceries, insurance, housing etc.);
- et cetera....
There's not one simple answer to your question.

It is said that your car should not exceed 10% of your capital. in my case (younger) more than once exceeded 80%, so I am not the one to advise

Lol I can’t afford shit then

and I work for a airline

I think it's a pretty good rule. If you want to buy a depreciating asset you better at least be able to cover the depreciation 10x with your liquid assets. If you want to add vehicle debt you should clear at least 10x per month what your payment is. For non-depreciable assets like a home, the rule is different unless you're very high net worth ($10mm+).

The majority of cars are bought on finance. If you have a good credit history, $15-20k deposit and can afford monthly payments of $700-1,000/month then you should be able to get into an R8.

Audi

Audi AG is a German automotive manufacturer of luxury vehicles headquartered in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. A subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, the company’s origins date back to the early 20th century and the initial enterprises (Horch and the Audiwerke) founded by engineer August Horch (1868–1951). Two other manufacturers (DKW and Wanderer) also contributed to the foundation of Auto Union in 1932. The modern Audi era began in the 1960s, when Volkswagen acquired Auto Union from Daimler-Benz, and merged it with NSU Motorenwerke in 1969.
