W110 W110 Newbie


The W110 is a line of mid-size primarily inline four-cylinder executive cars produced by Mercedes-Benz between 1961 and 1968. It was part of Mercedes' unified platform of "Fintail" (German: Heckflosse) models – first introduced as a six-cylinder Mercedes W111 in 1959. It was succeeded by the Mercedes-Benz W114/W115. Production: 1961-1968.

That's a beautiful car you inherited. The best place for you to obtain information about your W110 190D is Mercedes-Benz themselves. They've opened up their Classic Center a long time ago to help out owners of classic MBs worldwide. If need be you can even have your Mercedes shipped to Stuttgart for a full restoration if it needs one. Naturally this won't be cheap but your car will be as good as new with genuine MB parts from the era of the W110s working in it.
