Hey guys did this outside my thread so people would notice this post.I'll do this in two post -one Exterior one Interior.Found this VR 50i w/ Leather Dash and Style 214 Y Spoke wheels.This is a non US model.I don't recognize the language on the side view mirror.The X6 brochure says you can't get the Y Spoke wheels on the 50i model.I like the Y Spoke best of all the OEM wheels BMW offers on the X6.While I was taking these pic's an older restored 5 Series pulls up in the stall next to the X6.A "Rut Row" moment!!! A guy hops out and says don't mind me....I've got to get a broom out of the X6.Anyway,this guy is an Engineer at the Plant and this X6 is his daily driver/test car.He raves about the X6.He said the biggest news on the 50i is the real world gas mileage of the TTV8 engine.He has driven the X6 for about two months.He said he does drive "Sprited".He says he is getting 18-19 MPG City and 23-24 MPG Interstate.I said your BS'ing me.He said no...he was dead serious....confirmed by the onboard computer and him ck'ing the old fashion way:miles driven divided by gallons used!!!!! He said the biggest "buzz" about the 50i X6 would be the fantastic gas mileage the TTV8 engine gets.In fact....he said the TTV8 will get better gas milage than the TTI6 in the 35i X6.I know....very hard to believe,but that's what the guy said.The next 6-12 months will be very interesting as the TTV8 X6 rolls out.Thanks!
