Its not coming according to VW, its to expensive. Not even RS version is getting it according to some guy at VW:

I too, am a big fan of the Scirocco. I went to see it at the dealership, and the Golf 6 next to it looked pretty...uhm...lame. Like a mini-van almost.

The Scirocco is a real looker. I luv it, it looks just fantastic. It's really a sweet little coupe. Furthermore, I have to say that the interior is not that bad: black roofpanel, stylish doorpanel and handles, chromed heater of the Eos, plus the chrome on the center-console... Looks good indeed.

This is the most attractive VW since ages. Really a sexy car.

Looks superb from the front and looks as much as cheap from the back. If performance, convenience, practicality comes into play a Golf always has the upper hand..

2014 Volkswagen Scirocco facelift unveiled with a series of cosmetic and engine updates

Goes on sale in Europe this August
Volkswagen has officially revealed the 2014 Scirocco facelift which will get its first public outing several weeks from now at the Geneva Motor Show.
The six-year-old coupe from Wolfsburg has received a nip and tuck to keep the model fresh for about three years from now. On the outside the changes aren't very obvious as Volkswagen installed only a slightly re-profiled bumper, new bi-xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights and they also tweaked the grille. At the back there are restyled LED taillights, along with a reworked bumper and boot lid. These changes carry over onto the range-topping Scirocco R as well.
Customers will have the possibility of selecting from five new exterior paints called Pyramid Gold, Urano Grey, Flash Red, Pure White and Ultra Violet. There are also new alloy wheel designs while on the inside the materials have been upgraded and we also notice an additional set of gauges for the oil temperature, chronometer and turbocharger pressure.
The facelifted Scirocco also comes with a redesigned flat-bottomed leather-wrapped steering wheel, new air vents and gauges which seem to be taken from the Golf GTI. Other than that, the cabin can now host a "Dynaudio Excite" audio system, a ParkAssist system and has a covered storage compartment next to the handbrake lever.
All engines now come as standard with stop/start and battery regeneration mode, with the exception of the 280 HP motor inside the Scirocco R. Engines are coupled to a six-speed manual gearbox or an optional dual-clutch DSG (not available for the 1.4 TSI) sending power exclusively to the front wheels.
The base 1.4 TSI has gained 3 HP (2 kW) and now delivers 125 HP (92 kW), while the three variants of the 2.0 TSI motor have also been upgraded and they now produce 180 HP (+20 HP), 220 HP (+10 HP) and 280 HP (+15 HP). Volkswagen also tuned the 2.0 TDI which can now be had with 150 HP (+10 HP) and 184 HP (+7 HP).
The 2014 Volkswagen Scirocco facelift is scheduled to go on sale in Europe in August. Shortly after that it will reach South Korea, Australia, Russia, Argentina and China.

I was just told this weekend that the Scirocco is being discontinued in Australia and dealers aren't being given any more build slots.

I love the car but I can't get pass the fact it's dearer than the Golf and is still using the old platform, it's obvious that the Scirocco wasn't the success VAG expected to warrant doing a new model..... yet. I wonder has this anything to do with the fact it's not sold in the US, I bet if it had we'd be looking at a new model by now.
