Damn it, i wish I had not found this thread because now all I can think about what I'd love to drive.

so to the "Classics," I shall add McLaren F1. Before "everything but the kitchen sink" that is the Bugatti Veyron, the F1 was king. Developed by one of the most obsessive minds this side of motor-dom, Gordon Murray. Gold-lined engine bays, anyone? Everything done to this car was purposeful. Most supercars at that time, except the F40 and 959, were more focused on the image of owning something expensive. I reckon, Murray valued substance more and funneled that into the F1. It reigned king for more than a decade.

I can't believe I forgot this machine.

I want to add the 959 to the dream garage, to round out the trifecta of awesomeness that includes the F1 and F40, but I don't want to get too greedy. Plus, I figure the Singer 911 would scratch that itch. Ok, now seriously, I need to prep for an interview.

Well, this is a dream garage. So you could then import any car, costs would not be an issue.

If I had to go the Alfa route, I'd get an Alfa Romeo 156GTA....that V6 was true Italian powerplant, and not some enhance GM engine. Plus that engine looked looked sexy as hell underhood, especially for a family sports-sedan.

Inside and out it was a a good looking car.

Another Alfa I quite liked is the original GTA from the 1960's. Reminds me of the BMW 3.0CS. Purposeful without any gimmicks.


The thing about Alfas, it's a very emotional and irrational purchase. Reliability, from what I gather, was pretty non-existent. But I am a sucker for the italian makes.

I think we have very similar tastes in cars.

Maybach 57s - Clean, timeless, conservative... nothing beats that for a luxury car.
Rolls Royce Drophead - The best summer days luxury cruiser in the world.
M-B S65 AMG - I have to own one of the best cars ever made.

Sport:

Ferrari F430 Scuderia - Dreaming of it since I first saw it! Best Ferrari IMO
Lamborghini LP560-4 - The best looking car in the world IMO and I find the V10 the most exotic engine configuration.
Lamborghini LP640-4 Roadster - Tie with the Gallardo for best looking car.

Daily:

E93 BMW M3 Cabrio - The best looking car BMW have ever built.

Family:

BMW X5M - Best performance SUV ever made and the best looking SUV in the world IMO
Audi Q7 V12 TDI - Doesn't get more exotic with SUVs.

BMW E21 Alpina - When it comes to 3ers I'm a maniac and one day I'll have them all. This one is built in memory of my Lubima as it is the first gen. 3er and my Lubima was then the last gen. It's a good start!
Chevrolet Camaro SS 1969 - This car suits me too much!

Sentimental value:

Lubima (BMW 318d E90) - The car that got stolen from me. My first new Bimmer. The car I adore more than everything and I'm half way to tracking it and buying it back - My biggest automotive dream! Ohhh my hands started shaking when I wrote that... and my heart bits so fast...
Mclaren F1 - The best car ever built. Before losing Lubima that was my biggest automotive dream!
BMW M3 CSL E46 - For a 3er maniac it doesn't get any better than that!
TVR Tuscan S - The car that describes me so well. My all time favorite car! My ugly brother!
TVR Sagaris - Another soul mate of mine. Best proportions ever! Meanest looking car ever built... Devilish!

Sex:

Aston Martin DBS Volante(Red with brown interior) - I need it to achieve one of my dreams.

OK, there are many left behind but those are the ones I really want to own and that pop-up in my mind first
BUT the cars I cannot live without are only the ones from the last 3 sections

Yes I know. Only Brabus made the conversion. The was even an E 7.3 Brabus. Now they have the 800 PS V12 in the C Class Coupé.
