I was just about to say the same.and almost every pre 97 audi..haha![]()
Gotta agree with you on the C5 A6, Mikael. I always thought that the rear-end (particulary that on the sedan) was just terrible.
Other than that it was a very nice car. This old generation A4 Cabriolet

Some A2's are not that bad actually, look at this one

Thats weird, We have a 2002 a6 1.8t Quattro, and its not got any head lamp washer or even the Quattro badge on the grill. I think it was had a crash in its lift time and the dealer ship who we bought it off have just put another bumper on it, because its a darker gray than the whole car and theres a dent on the bonnetFortunately Audi painted the bottom on the bumper, when the A6 got a facelift and it got nicer headlamp wash system. The old seemed false like an aftermarket kit. Nevertheless the A6 C5 was one of the first Audis that I really liked. One of our professors is driving a facelifted A6 3.0 Quattro Limousine and it looks awesome!
what do you think? That's not an A4, it's a first generation Cabriolet based on the B4 80 platform.
, I quoted the site which incorrectly calls it A4 Cabriolet.

I think some people are viewing these cars from today's standards, like the 100 and the Audi 80 cabrio. The A6 rear was prety ugly, but some of these older cars looked very good in their day. The 5000 was the most aerodynamic car of its time and looking at it now, sure wasn't the greatest design but then was very attractive.
