Series 17 of the popular BBC2 program Top Gear starts on Sunday June 26

The Top Gear boys are back, looking a little greyer but still behaving as adolescent as possible.

Here are some images previewing the upcoming 17th series of the famed BBC program Top Gear.

As usual, Clarkson, May and Hammond are headed to many exotic locales and doing some fun stunts with the likes of the Royal Marines.

In the first episode, Jeremy Clarkson holds a 50th birthday party for the Jaguar E-Type, Richard Hammond is in South Africa to test a new, massive off-roader, James May tries out the MINI rally car and it is legendary rocker Alice Cooper in the "star in a reasonably priced car" segment.

And is that Jeremy's new girlfriend-on-the-side with his name tattooed on her back?

The new season of Top Gear begins airing on BBC2 and BBC HD this Sunday June 26.

The team travel to Italy to test high-performance hatchbacks. Jeremy Clarkson is in the Citroen DS3 Racing, Richard Hammond is in the Fiat 500C Abarth and James May is in the Renaultsport Clio 200 Cup as they navigate their way round baffling Italian towns and take part in a scavenger hunt.

Yep, saw it a few hours ago. It's on BBC iPlayer, but you can only watch that if you are in the UK.

Jeremy loved the 1M Coupe, said its one of the best cars he's ever driven.

Just watched the first episode. A really good start to the season. The 1M review was great. The Marauder / E type review was interesting and a reminder that this show has an insane budget! I couldnt stop laughing when James May almost fell on the ice while checking out Amy's arse. Looking forward to the next one tomorrow.
