Lekkkerrrrr Naas!

Hope you and the missus had a wonderful holiday. Mauritius is fabulous this time of year. That resort looks superb!

Just got back from 10 days in hot, hot Mozambique. Did some dives, one of them shot to my top 3 all time. Damn, I hope my GoPro footage comes out ok.

Sounds awesome, please do share your footage, would like to see how the goPro performs. Also, whereabouts in Moz did you go diving?

Couple of things, the shark footage took place at about 20m so the light penetration is always a problem. Also, I didn't have the right screwdriver with me to fit the red filter that's needed to cancel out the lack of red wavelength penetration beyond 8m. I was filming "blind" without LCD panel - there is a shortage in SA - so had no idea of my frame positioning. :(

I was diving of Ponta Malongane in southern Moz.

Was wonderful! Needed the rest from work and brake-of-routine badly. (y)

Mozambique! Let me tell you, on our flight back it was sad to see as we crossed Madagascar that there is fokkol (nothing). That country (if you can call it a country) has no existing infrastructure. But fortunately as we descended for JHB and had our fly over Mozambique...man from 28000 ft it looks lavish and obviously growing at pace. The infrastructure and development of the country and it's beautiful tropical aura is heart warming.

Glad you were part of the $-spenders in our neighboring paradise! Welcome back my dear friend and have a splendid old years and a most prosperous new year with blessings in abundance!:)

I have trouble deciding what type of "like" to give you.

I won't give you the one with the heart, because yes, you are good, but you are not Giannis good. If I was anyone else, I would fall in love with myself. :D

I won't give you the old one, as you are 16 deep inside ;)

I'll give you the winner one, as you are getting a GL :D

Showing and giving respect to and when deserved. Following a strict diet and working out 4-6 days a week does take enormous dedication and self dissipline. I am trying my best too, but can't come close to the muscle mass of Tarek an Tumbo. I just don't have their super-dedication:(

It's a sport, you either excel in or you don't;)

^Thx a lot man.:)

Well it takes time..remember I've been training for eleven years so far.:)

Thanks man! Well, it came easy for me, since I have been a professional athelete for 18 years (pole vaulter). I almost made it to Bejing Olympics in 2008, and was a national champion several times. In 2009 I had 3 foot surgeries which forced me to quit what I loved, but I continue now as a national team coach in Doha, and I gym and train every day to keep in shape. Training is my life :)

Here's a picture from a training camp in Portugal in 2008.

Didn't know about those accomplishments as professional sportsman, Tumbo. My respect, kudos. :notworthy: Feeling sorry you had to quit it, though. :(

But i don't think you're unlucky today, at least you're still doing something you have so much experience with...(y)
