Sold mine 2 months ago. The dual tone did not grow on me.

This version is what SkySweller is made for.

No. 1000under. Fortunately , I got it from AD , so the price was as good as it could have been.

Was 19500. Sold it 18500. Honestly , I got the watch in a rush. I never wanted a dual tone , but I wanted a SkyDweller. I hoped it would grow on me , but it did not . And the DayDate I got a few month ago killed it....

Understandable.. the sky dweller looks best in steel. Either the blue or green dial for me please..

I was thinking it was about time to gift myself something nice and I decided to invest in something else other than parts for the E39. So, my everyday watch for the last few years is a Seiko 5 SNK809K2, a 36mm automatic, which is light enough, small enough, but not accurate enough. I also have a Hamilton Khaki field, but at 39mm feels a bit big for everyday.

The idea is to get this one:

A Stowa Flieger 36mm. At roughly 1200€.

Any opinions or other ideas for something similar around the same mark?

If accuracy is of importance, you might consider Wempe Zeitmeister 38 mm. It has a Sellita 300 COSC certified chronometer, it’s more expensive at € 1.850.

I don't mind adjusting a minute or two every couple of weeks, but lately the 5 goes 1 minute faster per day, and it has become annoying.

This is beautiful. 16600 is probably one of my favorite models, would love to get a birth year one.
