Just watched South Africa give up a win. Did you see the Mexico goal? There were three Mexican players all alone in the 18yd box! Talk about sloppy defensive play. Ah well, at least it wasn't a loss....
 
^^But that "off sides" call was BS. There was a damn defender on the goal line, how the hell was that "off sides". But it was a good game none the less, but I have to admit, none of these players wanted to dribble the pass. It was just a touch-pass kind of game. Here is a hoping that France and Uruguay put on more of a show.

But for the record, The TDi is company transport with an option to buy it this year. With that nasty, narrow power band (2.0 Turbo diesel VAG engine with unit injectors not the nice common rail engine), I wouldn't touch it with a long stick.

Either way. I got a fudged up A4 with the 1.8T engine. LOL My car is 11 years old now, but I still love it.

As for the Beetle...SURE you don't drive it. We believe you...:eusa_thin
 
WTH...Fr vs. Ur was not that exciting. Only the last bit was exciting, and even that was only because it was 11 on 10. The Uruguayian defense was brilliant. They shut France down big time. A well earned tie for them.

Im sorry but here we go

England- Cause they always think they will win and that they invented the sport, and they never win and play like pigs..

France- Cause they cheated their way into the WC with that Henry hand in the qualifications..

Spain- I dont know cause im a hater..they are to good..

Portugal- Cause i want to see Cristiano Ronaldo cry..he is such a fruit..:D

Greece- Cause they ruined a whole European cup for me when they won with their booring and defensive play..( im sure you think very diffrent..haha im sorry)..

Lovely goal by SA today..Second match sucked ass..and i prayed to god that france would loose..but 1 point is O.K its france´s loss with that player material against a weaker team like Uruguay

Tomorrow will be kick ass..

Im with Korea and USA..
Cant decide on Argentina-Nigeria..i like both teams..i just want to see a great match..:)

Yeah, I read up on that afterwards. But It's still a BS rule. If that's the case, the goal keepers now know to just move forward and let a defender be by the goal to create a false "off sides." It's one thing to give the goalie the "do not touch" status, but completely stupid to give them the advantage of this rule as well.
 
Damn...Nigeria didn't play good at all. They played almost like amateurs, except for their goalie. That dude was awesome, and I have to admit, he was the best player on the field. 20 shots by Agentina and they only got 1 in.

Almost time for USA vs. England. YEAH!

Good day except for the last game, it was bollocks. My entire neighbourhood roared when England scored as the entire city has literarly been preparing and counting down for the game which turned out to be a dissapointment. The bookies though, couldn't be anymore delighted. Millions of pounds have been invested on bets that England would win this "safe" game.

Nigeria have one hell of a goalkeeper that managed to survive some of monst intimidating stikers in the whole tournament, Messi and Tevez. They've got good potential to get far in the game if their coach improve on his shills to coordinate the players talent and capabilities.

Although I'm cheering for England, USA gets a hat tip from me, they held up really well against England, which on paper, has one hell of a squad.

GO GHANA!!! That was pretty good, not the best game, but they pulled through for a win. And as I'm writing this...Germany is already 2-0 against Australia. Klose is still damn good.

And yeah...We, USA, have earned more respect with that game. Don't count out the
Yanks dammit!

But, I'm still awaiting the Samba Kings, the Conquistadors and Cristiano Ronaldo. :D
 
Congs to Ghana and their fight. Unfortunately, we lost the game due to our own (awful) mistakes. This is the first time I saw my team insisting on playing long pass game rather than using short passes which was one of the characteristics of Serbian team. Moreover, me and my friends knew that putting slow Zigic and awful Pantelic as our main strikers was the greatest mistake our coach made. Only after Lazetic went into the game, the things went little bit better for us. I ain't gonna discuss what was going through the mind of Kuzmanovic when he tried to catch a ball with his hands.. Damn it boy, it's called football, not handball!
 
Always watch a german game to see how it should be done.
