I certainly do wonder whether Porsche (or VAG) will actually introduce a legal procedure against HIMA Saic. And should they do so, what would the chances be of being successful ?

SAIC are partners with VAG in China, SAIC builds a lot of VW models.

I'd say its better looking that the Porsche, the Taycan can look a little clumsy from some angles this one appears to fix that.

Not quite the Siamese Twin apparently. About 150mm shorter and 60/70mm taller than the Taycan according to some reports.

The Taycan is so good in terms of design (and everything else), that it would seem that all the blatant copycat Chinese companies have a mural of it on the largest wall of their design centers; more than a dozen have taken it as a base and replicated it almost exactly.
