How long until we start seeing good spy shots of the interior etc?

^the interior will be a W222 with 2 doors, as it has always been between the CL and S.

Curious about the seats though, the CL always has some mighty seats:D

I'm guessing the wood trim will also not wrap all the way around into the doors to differentiate a bit, like they did with the old CL..... I know this door is too short to be a coupe, but I'm assuming/guessing this is the style it will be.

Actually, if you look at the door above, and the CL coupe door, you can see the wood trim layout is almost identical.

Based on door handle and side view mirror placement, it couldn't be too much lower.
I think most people are refering to the rear quarter window kick up
At least that's what I was thinking about....

That big nose, oh boy, another SL to look at. Not saying the S coupe does not look interesting, but at first look, looks based on the E. Skinny tires. But the body taping (esp rear window) does play havoc with style perception.

Am I the only one who is reminded by the rear lights graphics of the S Coupe of rear lights graphics of the FL E Class?

I'm surprised by the use of this very weird camo. I mean the rear looks FEP, has so little camo onit, you can understand the shape very very well, and the front looks very camouflaged. Rear looks hot, and I'm sure it will be hot, but the front makes me wonder. I wonder if those headlights will look ok.

This is a very fast ps to help read the shape and the main features better.

If i am honest i don't like two things about this car:

1)The nose doesn't look too promising. It's the weakest area in the SL and it seems to be very similar here.
2)The rear looks unspiring, dull and maybe a little bit BMW-like. The said AstonMartin-like but.... The overall efect is very Laguna like. Even if we like the Laguna it is not a good thing for a S-coupe IMO.

There is no L shape taillights you can see the chrome bar join the lights. Also the glasshouse curves up like the SL and the SLK that can be clearly seen and the front is also SL and SLK inspired. Autobild had it on the money.

But around the rear I do see the resemblance to the 6er.
