This is not a LF-A II and they're not testing a new engine.
It is merely a "Final Version" with a couple tweaks here and there.

Will they even build a LF-A II?

The Autozeitung article says close to 600hp, cosmetic tweaks, Nurburgring time of a little over 7 minutes.
Should be an awesome car.
