It does look better than the current one. But I think the improvement should have been larger.

Its all been seen before, still the lights are covered, and it looks amazing to me..
The lights will bring it all together, don't worry.

BTW some people don't like Panamera and this is normal like the old one and this not new things for porsche design language you love it or you hate it.. i know so many people don't like cayenne Panamera cayman even the 911 !! but for me Porsche is unique

(For us, it was never just about horsepower. But about more ideas per horsepower. About engines that are more efficient, not bigger. About a design that follows principles, not fashion. About Sports Cars you can drive every day. This is why our engineers and designers have built the next Panamera. With the courage of a new generation. The courage to change.)

For me this comparison of both generations make obvious that the new design will be a big step forward. :)

The new car looks like it has shorter front and rear overhangs and also its wheelarches looked more flared compared to the previous model. The biggest change is the back from the B-pillar onwards, the back door shape where it opens and joins the back window are all different to the previous model. The C-pillar is much thicker in the new model and the rear bootlid is flatter at the trailing edge instead of curved or round shape like the previous model. Like Sunny said the rear has 991 look to it, nice slim tail lights. It is a big improvement in my opinion.

Tell more, where did you see it? Real life ? or pictures? maan just tell mooore:D

#desperate

In real life, of course :). On Porsche grounds in Weissach.
The tourer imo is much more of a looker than the fastback. The latter tries to give Carrera vibes with a very long and almost straight roofline drop (beginning above the B-pillar) and rather small rear lights ... which in my opinion neither looks harmonic and really classy nor as distinctive as in gen 1. The tourer, in turn, will be very distinctive ;).

How does one even get invited to such a thing? i hope our tastes differ, i don't want to wait for the wagon to be content...
anything on the interior? impressions?
Did you see the tourer in real life to?
How far after the sedan will it debut?

So the headroom will suffer.
Better get the GT if you want to chauffeur anybody.

PS
All VW products will feature that long taillight now?

Must be this guy's bro -

And yea, that was a real ad for some dumbass luggage company - http://jalopnik.com/stupid-ad-shows-idiot-cramming-bags-in-a-911-engine-to-1671107790

I honestly don't expect a non-car enthusiast to be aware what a unique proposition a 911 is. Most expect an engine housed up front, and tunk in the back (Simpsons-lovers, enjoy the easter egg). But if you're doing an ad with it open like that, well you'd at least expect them to use a different car.

As I already mentioned before: if you like, for instance, the white one in the pic above, you don't have to worry :). Everything that I don't like is visible there.
I also saw the tourer irl with minimum disguise. The association with the concept car is very close, and I liked this one a lot. I overheard something about a late 2017 debut.
The interior will be a step up, as the predecessor had some quality issues and seemed a little unfinished in some aspects. What I liked particularly about the interior were the instrument cluster and the central screen and console including the vents. The ensemble is a little more coherent than in gen 1. The vents on the side do not look as 'piled' as before. What is a kinda funny detail is that the air stream from the central vents will only be controlled via the infotainment system. The new user interface in general is a huge step forward. The screen itself looks very high-tech.
What I did not like was the area around the central armrest incorporating a cupholder. But that is negligible.

Answers your questions?
