I doubt there's any more information in the image to be had. The original source photograph may be better, where's it from?

The white car in the foreground is the previous Phantom. And the first series of Ghost. They do however, do work on existing customers cars.
but too older models is too much of a coincidence.

As far as I can tell it was published on a Thai news website called Line Today on 9th August 2019, and forms part of an article detailing a visit to Goodwood. I'd post the link but it doesn't seem to like Thai language support.

They have presented 3 animated stories every Monday, one is supposed to be missing that should come out on August 17.

Under that logic it could be that on Monday, August 24, they reveal it.

Similarly, dealers in the United States are offering to show their customers this car in metal, from the first week of September.

It would not be, then, unreasonable to assume August 24 as a possible date.[/QUOTE]
