Ghost [Spy Shots] Mule from next Ghost?

The Rolls-Royce Ghost is a full-sized luxury car manufactured by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The "Ghost" nameplate, is named in honour of the Silver Ghost, a car first produced in 1906. The production model was officially unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Ghost Extended Wheelbase was introduced in 2011. During development, the Ghost was known as the "RR04". It was designed as a smaller, "more measured, more realistic car" than the Phantom, aiming for a lower price category for Rolls-Royce models.

Very interesting video, it seems to be a deep and innovative work in terms of soundproofing and scientific study of everything that affects the experience, if we count on the fact that the Phantom is already full of innovations in this regard and according to everyone it is the best by far in this sense, It seems that with the Ghost we will have a new standard in the industry.

The 10-year life cycle also contributes to having more time to develop these techniques, surely the 7 series inherits some of this to realize its ambitions

Why did BMW not debut the fancy suspension or sound insulation in the Phantom?
Actually some of these things did debut in the Phantom that has 150 kilos of acoustic material and was the first to have it on the wheels (something that the S-Class incorporated in the W223), and many others that the new Ghost will now inherit, debuting this new suspension and these other scientific techniques in the Ghost gives it importance

Private preview took place in Beijing today, people say more changes to the exterior than to the interior..Front is more pointy with grille being more flat and has lights inlayed..DRL is C styles..godness is pushed back on the bonnet.
What do you mean by C styles ?

I’m confused. So they went even further than they did in the phantom to make sure the car is even more silent but then found it was disorientating and introduced a continuous whisper...I’m guessing through the speakers ? Am I getting this right ?

I believe so. That kind of freaks me out, actually. I'd rather have the car be a bit lighter than have all of this new sound deadening technology. I mean, the current Ghost is already very quiet inside.

Weight is not a sin, when comfort is the priority. What do you wish? - a better Nürburgring time?

Are we expecting the new Ghost to be revealed tomorrow, in line with the 3 teasers?

Also, this car was spotted recently which could be the new Wraith or a one-off test mule, what do we think?

Hello "SNB", how are you?

I am waiting for it to be revealed today or tomorrow.

"In this spirit, we invite you to experience our new Ghost in the next few months. More details
of this historic moment will follow over the coming weeks, beginning with a series of four
beautiful animations, detailing rare insights into the lifestyles and behavior of our Ghost client
layer, and the tremendous technical substance underpinning what we believe is the most
sublime expression of Rolls-Royce yet. These informative pieces will culminate in a fully digital
debut of new Ghost to be followed by numerous client, media and public events around the
world. "

As we already know, the fourth and last animated cartoon was presented last Tuesday, so the "digital" debut should follow today or tomorrow.

I don't know if "digital debut" means that we see an animation of the car or reality, hopefully it is the latter.

Regarding the unknown car sighted, I see that it has the front directional lights located in the same part as the current models that are going to be replaced, that is, Ghost, Wraith and Dawn, so I do not think it is the new version of any of they.

It could be a special car designed for a specific event or purpose.

Thanks a hug.

HN65 XNB was first registered at the start of 2016 but was un-taxed by 2017, possibly because it was taken to Poland.

This is that car.

edit:

It's also not 'official' camouflage, and it says The Legendary 7. London on the door.

Whatever it is, I don't think it's come from Goodwood.

Agree, for some reason RR’s interiors always look like they are a generation behind, also in terms of technology. I know they pretend to be timeless but why pay a ton of money for a car that is not up there with the best?

[/CITAR].

Hello Mr. Rapp, I think that Rolls Royce does not sell technology as an added value.

In some makes and models you pay for its speed, in others for its off-road capabilities, in others for its innovative power systems, in others its design.

If someone were to ask me now if I consider the new Ghost to be the most advanced sedan, my answer is definitely not, I think the W223 will do better in many respects.

Rolls Royce is more artistic, scenic to say the least.

Thank you for your response, I’m well and yourself?

Looking forward to Sept.1 and seeing the new car. The como’d car on the other hand seems to be a one-off of some sort, maybe by RR themselves or someone else.
