2 Series [Spy Shots] 2021 BMW 2-series Active Tourer Mk2

The BMW 2 Series is a range of subcompact executive cars (C-segment) manufactured by BMW since the year 2014. The 2 Series was created when BMW spun-off the 2-door models (coupé and convertible) of the BMW 1 Series into a separate series.

The front that is the weakest of the current model, quite incongruous in reality, it is seen that it will be very good in the new one it is appreciated even camouflaged, as also evident is the shape and approximate size of the kidneys

Looks good, It will be exciting to see sales figures, Its a good selling car, not most popular one but it takes around 60 000 a year so it's superb for compact premium. Not typical minivan, more roomy hatchback, really glad to see this, perfect family car, for far less price than SUV

One BMW I don’t care for.
Same here. However since I sat inside the new B-Class a few months ago, I am convinced that this segment is worth a look. Th Bclass feels just as big and airy inside as my X3, has a similar sided boot but a noticeably smaller foot print.

My only annoyance about this segment is that the cars are expensive to spec and depreciate steeply. It only makes economic sense to buy a used one or a new one at a super steep discount.

Agree. The 2AT will never be my favourite BMW but this seems to become the first MPV I wouldn’t mind driving without a fake beard, wig and sunglasses on.

It looks good, it will sell good. Like I said in B class topic, those cars sells good beacuse they are not typical minivan, they are roomy hatchbacks, practical and less expensive than SUV. BMW and Merc destroyed competition in this segment, too bad VW axed Golf SV, but anyway, very promising segment and BMW with good potential

I'm somewhat surprised the 2AT will see this style of dash before any of the other core models do. Can't say I'm a fan of the layout.

Interior is as expected, auto industry is moving toward this big screens. For people who wants bigger, moore roomy Series 1 its perfect. I expect good sales

Ergonomics are very very different to your current BMW.

New cockpit display looks heaps better than the current version.

Notice the volume control / track select, hazard button and gear stick location.

These changes will be very welcome for the older crowd / small families who buy these vehicles.

Oh my... the same crappy and cheap looking interior style we are seeing in VW products. Remove every button and place it all on the twin screens.

Can't believe BMW is moving away from the iDrive. Hopefully the G70 7er and G60 5er will not follow this route.
