Cayenne [Spy Shots] 2018 Porsche Cayenne (Spy pics & Info)

The Porsche Cayenne is a series of automobiles manufactured by Porsche since 2002. It is a luxury crossover SUV, and has been described as both a full-sized and a mid-sized vehicle.
Volvo or JLR a thousand times over this Cayenne.
That completely over the top front bumper and lamellas is almost as bad and vulgar as some Lexus.

^ Panamera's center console does seem to flow a bit nicer. It's difficult for Porsche to implement wider screen placement in the location where it won't be obscured by the right hand on the steering wheel. (Note: the two thick border on the right/left screen, blind zone from driver eye viewing angle to the screen content) At least the new A/C vent placement won't be blowing directly on the right hand (assuming RHD steering wheel) all the time!

Porsche Cayenne must be only Turbo + Turbo S they must cancel the Cayenne V6 + diesel + Cayenne S + Cayenne GTS that will make Porsche Cayenne a special expensive SUV appropriate to Porsche brand now its like Audi Q7 and Mercedes GLE and BMW X5 normal SUV everybody can buy it

I think once better res pics are released and/or there pics with a less somber spec, I'll be much much more receptive of the interior. The exterior....I'll stand by what I said earlier even with higher spec versions.

Even a blind squirrel finds an occasional acorn!

LOL! I am totally using this line!

how some peoples think PORSCHE designers looking to Korean or Japanese garbages before they design their cars

I certainly am very familiar with the 911 design language
However, the "facelifted" Cayenne does look very much Korean :D:LOL::whistle::p Maybe Porsche did get inspiration from KIA :D:D:D:D:D:D

Since Cayyenne second generation, the car became very subjected to specs, a would rather buy any European SUV over a plain Cayenne, it just looks dull with small rims and standard body kit, the same issue with the Pannamera even since its first generation.

Once you tick the Turbo or GTS trim, the car will look fabulous, I think this generation is the same as well, I will hold my judgment until I see GTS/Turbo/Turbo S versions.

BTW is there any news about BMW/TOYOTA super car ? i heard BMW work hard with TOYOTA to make a super car that can beat PORSCHE 918 :p

This new version looks only a facelift of the current version, certainly it is distinctive as appearing to be sports car in looks compared to other SUV's but its bland as hell.

I think the only area where it looks better than the current version is the rear but the front and interior seems to be a step backwards in looks compared to before.

I am sure the powertrains and the way it will drive though will probably be the biggest step forward and class leading.

Straight from VAG, so nice but nothing amazing. MB and BMW do better.
Porsche are unique in the way they drive and don't resemble any VAG product in this department and will probably be better than the X5 and GLE also behind the wheel. Remember this is the sports car or large SUVs

This car is simply disappointing, likewise its presentation, besides not including the turbo version at once seems to me a mistake. Very bad for Porsche. I lost my time.

Hilarious. This is no 911. That's what Porsche is good at and nothing else.

Porsche

Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, is a German automobile manufacturer specializing in high-performance sports cars, SUVs, and sedans, headquartered in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Owned by Volkswagen AG, it was founded in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche. In its early days, Porsche was contracted by the German government to create a vehicle for the masses, which later became the Volkswagen Beetle. In the late 1940s, Ferdinand's son Ferry Porsche began building his car, which would result in the Porsche 356.
