Vantage [Spy Shots] 2018 Aston Martin Vantage

The exterior looks like a winner - no floating /contrast roof judging the spy shots and it looks leaner with the One-77 style greenhouse.

I would bank on the floating roof.
The duct-like design in the 3/4 window suggest it

I'm anticipating the interior being a direct carry over from the DB11, but a DB10-style modern minimalist interior would make it a instant hit.

Fingers crossed it doesn't have the front-fender vents.

So remind me please - will this thing have the AMG hot-vee biturbo V8?

Confirmed.

Likely in 510-550 bhp form to avoid upstaging the DB11. However, I'm quite sure the V8 will be faster in the real world. The V8 will be added to the Db11 range next year.

Thanks bud.
That's going to make for one helluva value proposition.

DO like !

Now, let's see what A-M brings to the table in the form of the Vanquish successor. That is going to be a most difficult act to follow. I perceive the current Vanquish as being one of the most beautiful automobiles-ever.

upon closer inspection, the tail-lights have me a little concern.

I am getting Honda Civic vibes from it. Hopefully it'll be executed well.

Might be the first time a car looks drop dead gorgeous in patent drawings

Proportions will be perfect. Glad it's not just a miniature DB11 as spy shots had led us to believe.

Going to be hot hot hot. It appears that the dreaded fender vent doesn't run the full length of the front fender. I really hope it doesn't. When this arrives you can kiss the F-Type goodbye.
