It posted a 7:51 time at the Nordschleife, which has been beaten already by the Panamera Turbo and Giulia Quadrifoglio. What do you think? It's faster than a standard M4. Yes, I know it's probably not as fun, but as GCF's official Volvo superfanboy, I'd rather have the 'vo. Also, it may no longer be the fastest sedan on the ring, but it sure still is the bluest.

The record was kept a secret for a year, they were not really looking to set a record but get development knowledge, allegedly.

It's an achievement but Polestar is a tuner car and this was a development car that could have suspension, fuel consumption and reliability that's not consumer friendly.

Why is it hard to believe? Serious question. I've heard the S60 may not be fun to drive, but it's chassis is actually very good.

Polestar is owned by Volvo, if this is a tuner car then so are all AMG, M and quattro GmbH badged vehicles.
