7 Series (G70) [Rumors] BMW (G70) 7-Series Facelift (Spy pics & info)

The BMW G70 is the seventh generation of the BMW 7 Series. Model codes: G70 (short-wheelbase), G71 (long-wheelbase), and G73 (high-security). It has an electric variant, the BMW i7, along with Inline 6 740i and V8 760i models. Predecessor: BMW G11. Production: July 2022-
Who the f*ck uses those passenger screens anyways? At least I have never used them on the E-Class.

Who the f#ck is going to watch a movie when you're sitting next to someone who's driving?? You can't have a normal conversation and be in the moment? Or are you going to sit next to someone, put on a headphone and completely disconnect from everyone else?

Miserable.

Besides, having a HUD, a central screen, Panoramic iDrive AND a secondary passenger screen sounds like complete overkill. Yeah the 7er is big, but it's not like it has separate rooms to chill in.

Exactly. Whenever I was spending time on the E-Class I either looked at my phone or just had a regular conversation, never thought of watching or playing something, lol.

It is overkill but the new generation buyers want all this

I agree overkill from all brands

I am surprised they making such a massive change

The interior IMO didn't need anything, but it'll be interesting to see the changes nevertheless. Though I am pretty worried about the passenger screen, since I absolutely hate those things.
It is a matter of getting used to it. Of course, the integration could have been better without looking a bit slapped on or rather like an after-thought.

But, apart from this small detail, it looks vastly superior and a welcome upgrade over the already good pre-LCI 7 Series.

what would you say is the “biggest” upgrade in the LCI interior

The Trickle-Down effect.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom can not only be specified with its own salon or inner sanctum (partition) But remember there is an Art Gallery too.😋🤣

That art gallery stuff works perfectly fine on the Phantom imo. Imagine having a passenger screen instead, lol.

For short distances you are right, for long ones...passenger screen is a step forward
