7 Series (G70) [Rumors] BMW (G70) 7-Series Facelift (Spy pics & info)

The BMW G70 is the seventh generation of the BMW 7 Series. Model codes: G70 (short-wheelbase), G71 (long-wheelbase), and G73 (high-security). It has an electric variant, the BMW i7, along with Inline 6 740i and V8 760i models. Predecessor: BMW G11. Production: July 2022-
That’s exactly how a BMW 7 Series should look to me:
Black, chrome, BBS-style deep dish weels.
Classy and gangster at the same time.
Everything else is for p***ies

GPT understands what I like :t-hands2:😎

7ER FELG.webp
South Central LA or Minneapolis.

I don’t think this generation 7er will ever have generally liked design. Still very polarizing.

Save that arguably overdone grill, the fundamental design is quite good. Proportions of the architecture, metal surfacing, DLO all good. The humongous exterior dimensions are not advantageous in the eyes of many.

If BMW had had an SWB version in its portfolio, the sales numbers — especially in Europe — would have been significantly higher.

He has seen the real car yesterday. That´s what he wrote:

"Amazing car. Most beautiful BMW ever. More agressive front, Split headlights, 400 colors, 90 leather options, stearing like IX3, panoramic display, center display like IX3, passanger display. 740i start production july 2026, 750e and 740d from december, spring 2027 M760 V8 without charging for Europe too. No buttons on center console, amazing materials, buy buy S class forever. I760 with 115kw battery."

He listed the absurdities. The cabin, which looks like an MPV, is completely unsuitable. It would be fun to see a passenger screen in a BMW :ROFLMAO:
Really? Are you talking about absurdities?

What about the all-dashboard display on your so-beloved Mercs (with large, hideous, black bezels and a completely outdated OS right from start, even if it's barely its 1st generation), now trickling on almost every model from cars to vans? Or stars everywhere on the grille and inside headlights/tail lamps (kitsch is still decent, in comparison), obnoxious design details just for the sake of getting the cars noticed at whatever expense?

I mean, really - we all know you hate BMW just for the sake of hating. Your tirade is forever utterly tiring, your input & contribution to the forum, in general, is close to nothing.

It's quite clear you haven't gone to the "S class" section and read what I said about it. I also think the EQS cabin will still look more technological and sophisticated than this car. It will be interesting to see how they implement the passenger screen.

Really interesting. I don’t think it will dethrone the S-Class though, even if it’s the better one out of the two.

Is this guy being sarcastic ?

No buttons
That IX steering
That screen

Most beautiful?

Has he not seen the BMW cars of 80’s 90’s

Strange comments

^ Just because you are more inclined to consider Mercedes-Benz designs as beautiful (in general) does not mean that BMW modern designs are ugly, in opposition. I really don't understand why people are so radical when it comes to modern BMW designs.

The 90s BMW models may well be a standard regarding elegance, but we cannot just stop there. BMW is not as anchored in the past as other brands and it experimented a lot with designs during last 30 years, gaining a lot of valuable experience.

When it comes to design philosophies, that's what sets BMW clearly apart and ahead. No doubt on that and clearly undeniable.

Oh, really? Be informed that I have. Defending yourself won't change the matter. What you are generally doing overall in this forum has become rather pathetic.

The sales number would be significantly higher if it was cheaper, not if it was smaller.

I call BS on this claim.

Yes I am a MB fan but honestly calling it the most beautiful BMW?

That's just trolling

I think both Mercedes and BMW designs need a wake up just my opinion
