I think it’s such a cool and futuristic design.I just hope for the looove of god to not have this steering wheel![]()
Depends on how they implement the Neue Klasse aesthetic. It should be 7er level with lots of premium touches, otherwise they might ruin the whole luxury feel of the current model. Though I’m pretty certain it will be something worthy of its segment.I think it will regress in terms of interior design, like the S-Class. The Neue Klasse isn't suitable for this segment.
I'm really happy to hear that the Swarovski crystal daytime running lights are staying — that's excellent news for me.
The GKL-Klasse will be the 7/i7 and X7/iX7. Whatever they do afterwards will be interesting. Especially if they commit to a Gran Coupe replacement which would be better suited as an M model only. The “rugged” concept could be marketed under the GKL-Klasse portfolio if it has a stand alone design? In the Neue Klasse design, the kidney grilles are getting smaller, yet it looks like the kidneys on the 7 Series and the new X7 will grow even larger. Of course, this also has to do with the vehicles' size. In the facelifted 7 Series, the kidneys have become bigger and even more eye-catching. I'm really looking forward to it impatiently.
After the S-Class's not-so-great facelift (in my opinion), if the 7 Series gets a successful update, it could definitely attract some S-Class customers as well.
