5 Series [Rumors] Any word on details of 2020 5er LCI?

The BMW 5 Series is an executive car manufactured and marketed by BMW since 1972. The car is sold as either a sedan or, since 1991, a station wagon (marketed as "Touring"). A 5-door fastback (marketed as "Gran Turismo") was sold between 2009 and 2017. Each successive generation has been given an internal G-code designation since 2017. Previously, a F-code designation was used between 2010 and 2016, while an E-code designation was used between 1972 and 2010. These are used to distinguish each model and generation from each other.

6 GT

Well I am glad because that will take away a lot of the Skoda...
Yes, but only until they copy that detail also in the next Favia.
Until highlighted it here in the 6GT I had not realized that differential, always one step ahead

It has similarity with the bumper of the M8, which fits very well and is also the usual

I do not know if it is better looking, it is a very successful evolution in the design, because also in the pre LCI it was perhaps very conservative, but everything has its moment so the design is evolving towards this, gradually returning to the straight lines as in the 7 series, for BMW after 25 years of smooth cornering, this fits perfectly.

Here there was room to improve, but for example in the Mercedes E there was not so much because it was already very good in itself and the LCI does not improve it, it just changes it

The progression will be to continue this trend towards the rest of the car body of future models, on the next 5, 7, as seen in the 4GC, 4 coupe and others to come.

Those taillights are really good, those are better than the pre LCI, they are corporeal, three-dimensional, they have a very innovative strength and design based on a previous design that they should have been boxed in, quite an achievement

The BMW 5 Series is already a great car and now the LCI will emphasize it even more. This is the most attractive car in this segment.

Why didn't they replace the gear stick with the new design? How much does it really cost to implement something so small, yet makes such difference?
