3 Series (G20) [Renders] BMW 3 Series (G20) Rendered

The BMW G20 is the seventh generation of the BMW 3 Series range. Body styles: G20 (sedan), G21 (wagon/touring), G28 BEV (i3), and G28 (long-wheelbase). Predecessor: F30 3 Series. Successor: G50 3 Series. Production: October 2018-2016.
Just another FYI.
M340i/M340d use the squared off exhaust ports whereas 330i/330d use circular ports.

It's probably going to be a brilliant car, but it's going to be a smaller duller 5-Series. The design is just a snoozer.

I think it's going to be much of the same with a few more prominent details to portray its sportier - albeit middle-class - persona.

I reckon it’ll be sharper and more up to date than the 5er..

Absolutely. Strong family resemblance for sure, but the 3er will look much more modern in details, will have an all new interior in X5/X7/8er/Z4 style and will simply look more aggressive in every detail (3er is always 'pointier' than 5er).

This is going to be the best driving and best looking sedan BMW has ever made and I am hyped.

The rear is going to be the best part of the car.

Best part is gong to maybe be the interior I think. Absolutely love what I see coming from the Z4 interior, and 3er will be very similar.
Rear and front will be equally good looking, they both look excellent so far.

According to the video above, the length and height of g20 remained the same as f30 while added a tad width (+3cm) with wider track.

Sounds great. No need to grow the 3er any bigger indeed. But adding 3 cm in width is pretty huge and not just 'a tad' :D Will be instantly visible when put side by side next to the F30, particularly when height and length stay the same.

Hope the wheelbase has also grown, which likely is the case to create more interior space from the same external dimensions.

Bigger wheelbase (less overhang), wider track, same length as F30 and less weight than F30 will do wonders to the handling.
